How is the program structured?
The program is divided into 5 Key Themes; Mentorship, Spirit, Heart, Body, Mind.
Mentorships is the foundation of the programme and is what you will gain through the teachings, group calls and one-to-one coaching.
Teaching content is divided into 4 sections;
SPIRIT ; Visioning your future, Self- awareness, Personal Practices
HEART; Emotional Inteligence, Deep Relationships, Social Connectedness
BODY; Health and wellness, Nature Connection, Beauty and Belonging
MIND: Growth and Learning, Career and Contribution, Wealth and Money
Every week in your online course portal you will receive a new lesson with structured activities, reflection exercises and some practical activities to do.
The content is released bit by bit so you don’t get overwhelmed and you can easily see where you are in the process.
There are also group calls every two weeks where you will connect with others on the journey and receive inspiration, teachings and practices. Access to these calls is ongoing even beyond the length of the programme.
You can also access the online community at any time and this access is ongoing even beyond the length of the programme.
If you choose The High Touch - Full Empowerment Option, the course also include’s an in-depth one-to-one kick-off call at the start of the journey and then one-to-one coaching sessions every 6 weeks when you complete one of the 4 sections.
What happens if I get behind?
The course is designed for you to study at your own pace. You can take a break and catch up at a later date or skip a piece and go back at the end.
Do I need to have specific goals in mind before joining?
No, you don't need to have specific goals. Part of the journey is about exploring and discovering what truly resonates with you. However, if you do have goals, the program can help refine and achieve them.
What makes 'The Life Compass Quest' different from other personal development programs?
Our program uniquely integrates practical life coaching with elements of ecopsychology and spiritual exploration, all within a supportive community. It's not just about self-improvement; it's about holistic life integration and making real life sustainable changes.
How much time will I need to commit each week?
Participants should expect to dedicate approximately 2-4 hours per week to the program. This includes watching the teachings, attending calls, engaging with materials, and practising the tools and strategies introduced. Many elements can be part of your normal daily routine. E.g. Time in nature, journalling. etc
Is there support available between the coaching sessions?
Yes, participants have access to continuous support through our dedicated online community platform, where you can share experiences, ask questions, and receive feedback from peers and coaches.

Can I participate if I live outside the United Kingdom?
Absolutely. The program is delivered online, allowing participants from around the globe to join. Sessions are scheduled to accommodate a range of time zones as much as possible.
What happens when my included membership period ends?
After your included membership period (6 or 12 months), you'll have the option to continue at a special graduate rate of £50/month to maintain your community support and access to live calls.
