Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website LeonaJohnson.life (“Website”), operated by Leona Johnson (“we”, “us”, or “our”), and the services provided through it. These include but are not limited to: coaching services, digital courses, online and in-person events, membership programmes, and community-based offerings that support personal growth, connection, and cultural regeneration (“Services”).

By accessing the Website and/or purchasing or using any of our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website or engaging with our Services.


2. Services Offered

We offer a range of Services, including but not limited to:

  • One-to-one and group life coaching

  • Online courses and self-paced programmes

  • Digital memberships (monthly and annual)

  • In-person retreats, gatherings, and workshops

  • Free and paid digital resources

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any Service at our sole discretion and without prior notice. This includes changes to the scope, pricing, format, or schedule of any programme.


2A. One-to-One Coaching and In-Person Events

2A.1. Coaching Services

All coaching services are delivered as part of structured programmes or packages. Coaching is a collaborative and future-focused process and is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical care.

By engaging in coaching services, you agree that:

  • You remain fully responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing, decisions, actions, and outcomes.

  • Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Sessions must be used within the time period specified in your agreement or welcome materials.

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required for session rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited without refund.

  • Extensions to packages are at our discretion and not guaranteed.

2A.2. In-Person Events and Retreats

We may offer in-person events, including retreats, workshops, and immersive experiences. By booking an in-person event, you agree to the following:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

  • Full payment must be made by the deadline specified in your confirmation email or event agreement.

  • Events are subject to change, including venue, timing, or format, due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, illness, or emergencies).

  • You are solely responsible for your own travel, insurance, and wellbeing. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all retreats.

  • No refunds will be issued for event withdrawals or cancellations unless explicitly stated otherwise. In exceptional cases, partial credit may be offered at our discretion.


3. Connection Matters Membership

on both a monthly and annual basis.

3.1. Standard Monthly Membership (£67/month)

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation must be made prior to your next billing date to avoid further charges.

  • Membership access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

3.2. 6-Month Commitment Promotional Offer (with Bonus Course)

From time to time, we may offer bonuses, such as free access to a premium course (e.g. Life Compass Curriculum, valued at £950), for members who join during specific promotional windows.

By enrolling in the monthly plan under a bonus promotion, you agree to:

  • A minimum commitment of 6 consecutive monthly payments (£402 total).

  • Early cancellation is not permitted during the commitment period.

  • After the 6-month period ends, your subscription will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless you cancel.

3.3. Annual Membership (£670/year)

  • Annual plans are paid in full and grant access to all current membership benefits for 12 months.

  • Annual plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Bonus offers available at the time of purchase will be honoured if the offer is active.

It is your responsibility to maintain accurate payment information. Missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of access.


4. Special Offers and Bonus Content

We may run time-limited promotions that offer bonuses such as early course access, additional resources, or reduced pricing.

  • Eligibility will be clearly stated and will depend on the date and terms of your purchase.

  • Bonus content is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

Example:
Members who join before 30 June 2025 may receive free access to the Life Compass Curriculum course (normally £950) as a bonus.


5. Refunds and Programme Alterations

5.1. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for coaching, courses, event bookings, or membership payments.

  • No refunds will be given for missed sessions, personal scheduling conflicts, or non-participation.

5.2. Programme Pauses

  • Membership pauses are not generally permitted.

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness), we may offer a one-time pause of up to one month, subject to written request and approval.

5.3. Content Alterations

We reserve the right to update, revise, or reorganise the content, delivery, or structure of any course or programme to maintain relevance and improve quality.


6. User Responsibilities

By using our Website or Services, you agree to:

  • Use our content and platforms respectfully and lawfully.

  • Not share login access, downloads, or programme materials with anyone else.

  • Participate in our community with integrity, confidentiality, and mutual respect.

  • Grant us permission to use any content you voluntarily submit (such as testimonials or feedback) for marketing or internal development purposes.


7. Intellectual Property

All content provided via our Website or Services—whether written, audio, visual, downloadable, or interactive—is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of Leona Johnson or her licensed contributors.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.


8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Our Services are offered “as is” and without warranty as to outcomes.

  • No guarantees are made about specific results, personal transformation, or financial success.

  • You remain responsible for your own choices, growth, and safety.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our Services.


9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All data is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for more details on how your personal data is collected, used, and stored.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.


11. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the Website or Services constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.
